in the world.

Unlike a conventional
12-cylinder engine with two banks of 6-cylinders, the
Continental GTC’s 6-litre engine is configured
in four banks of 3 cylinders in a W formation. The
result is a shorter and much more compact unit which
allows for significantly more interior space and improved
dynamics.
But its size is deceptive. Twin turbochargers boost
the power output to an astonishing 552bhp (411kW). Its
supercar status is underlined by a top speed of 195mph
(312km/h) and a 0-60mph time of just 4.8 seconds.
The Continental GTC is built to conquer continents
in true Grand Touring tradition, with endless power
in reserve. |

Safety
& Security
Equipped with active and
passive safety systems to the highest levels of specification,
the Continental GTC is among the safest convertibles
on the road.

Safety
Self-adjusting air springs and electronic dampers that
operate independently for each wheel provide intuitive
feedback from the road, heightening driver confidence.
While the largest front brakes to be found on any passenger
car in the world provide commensurate reassurance at
the touch of the pedal.
A roll-over protection system is installed behind the rear
seats, deploying automatically in the event of an accident,
along with a reinforced windscreen and seatbelt pre-tensioners
which provide additional occupant protection and peace
of mind.
Passive safety features include front and side airbags,
deformation zones for the front, rear and side impacts
and seat belt pre-tensioners.
Security
Laminated glazing, GPS tracking*, a multi-function
alarm system featuring immobilisation, perimetric
exterior sensing, interior sensing with the roof
up or down, glass break and inclination sensing are
just a few of the advanced security features.
